Fees and Payment options

Research Fees

There is no charge to use the Archives in person.

Research requests received by mail, email or telephone will be conducted at a charge of $20.00 per hour, minimum $20.00. Payment should be submitted to the Waterdown-East Flamborough Heritage Society

Photocopies of records held by the Archives will be provided for a charge of .10 cents per sheet.

Copies of photographs will be provided as per the schedule of fees below.

Photographs and documents can be scanned to a single PDF document for a charge of .10 cents per page. (Restrictions may apply)

The Archives is a non-profit organization. Our operating expenses are funded by donations and fees.






Any size original image
-       printed on 4” x 6” photo paper  (Glossy or Matte)




Any size original image
-       printed on 5” x 7” photo paper (Glossy)




Image file – 300 dpi
-       copied to a CD with jewel case




Image file – 300 dpi
-       emailed




Oversized items

-       larger items will be copied by an outside source and priced as per their fee, plus a handling charge of $2.00.




 Mailing Fees

Items will be sent via regular Canada Post unless otherwise requested.  Postage charges will be determined prior to mailing and itemized on your invoice.

Inside Canada -       Minimum $3.50
Outside Canada -    Minimum $5.00


  • In person – payment is due on pickup and can be made via cash or cheque payable to W.E.F.H.S.
  • Mail, courier or electronic delivery – orders must be paid in advance and can be paid via cash, cheque or PayPal
